Message Board spoil??

Is my message board have problem?
Or I click the wrong button?
All comments in my blog are gone...
Gone with the wind...
I don't know what happen,
I lost all the comments,
I lost all the good and bad words in my blog,
I have no back up,
awful!!!

I lost everything....
